The platform adopts a gantry structure,the water tank adopts a 16mm plate plus a double-layer keel structure,the longitudinal and transverse beams adopt an H-shaped structural steel plus a reinforcing rib structure (the longitudinal and transverse beams are heat-treated after processing). and the equipment structure is durable.
The longitudinal and transverse beams adopt an oil-immersed guide rail screw dust protection structure with an automatic tool setting function,that is,only one tool setting is required before the first workpiece is processed. After the processing of this workpiece is completed, the tool head is automatically lifted and automatically withdrawn to the non-working area of the machine tool in conjunction with the XY axis.After the operator changes to the second workpiece, there is no need to set the tool again.The tool head automatically returns to the initial position for the second processing.
The full set of Weihong bus control cards and servo control kits are adopted,with reliable control performance,good acceleration performance,and thoughtful after-sales service.
The crossbeam adopts an H-shaped structural steel plus a reinforcing rib structure, and the deformation of the crossbeam can be controlled within 0.5mm.
