NBSD-AB-2515 Marble Cutting Saw Waterjet Machine

      This advanced waterjet cutting system integrates ultra-high-pressure technology (350-400 MPa) for fast cutting speeds, achieving 10-20% higher efficiency than conventional systems through energy-saving intensifiers. It consumes 17-22 kWh/hour, reducing electricity costs by 30,000-45,000 CNY annually . Featuring precision sand-control, it saves 2-3 bags of garnet abrasives (25kg/bag) every 10 hours, lowering material expenses by 20,000-40,000 CNY yearly. Equipped with 0.33mm gemstone nozzles and intelligent CNC controls, it delivers cold-cutting performance for metals, composites, and ceramics without thermal deformation , ideal for industrial surface treatments and complex 5-axis applications .
